What happens if our internet goes down?
With a backup connection in place, your network switches to a mobile connection on its own and switches back when the broadband returns. Without one, we can help you get going again and talk to your provider.
Do we need to replace everything at once?
No. We work in phases, starting with whatever matters most to you, so you can spread the cost.
We're not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We explain things in plain English and tell you what we'll do, why, and what it costs before we start.
How big does a business need to be?
Most of our clients have fewer than ten staff. Small is exactly who we work with.
Can visitors use our Wi-Fi safely?
Yes. We set up a separate guest network that gets visitors online but keeps them away from your computers and files.
What happens to our files if we're hit by ransomware?
We set up backups that are copied to secure cloud storage ransomware can't delete, so your files can be put back.
What happens in a power cut?
A battery backup (UPS) keeps your network running for a short while and lets servers shut down safely.
How do we get help when something breaks?

Will you know about a problem before we do?
Often, yes. With monitoring and support, we watch your network, servers and backups and get alerted when something looks wrong.
Can staff each have their own login?
Yes. Each person gets their own login, and when someone leaves we can switch theirs off without affecting anyone else.
Do you do cameras?
Yes. We design and set up camera and sensor systems that run from your network.
What does it cost?
It depends on what you need. Each phase gets its own proposal with clear prices before anything goes ahead.
